The RCH Process

Four phases.
One conversation that does not end.

Our work is measured in years, not weeks. Every project follows a deliberate rhythm — and a steady, in-person relationship with our family that runs the entire length of it.

i.

Discovery & Listening

We meet, often on the site itself. We ask about how you live, who comes for the holidays, where the morning light should fall.

Initial Phase
ii.

Design & Planning

Working alongside your architect, we resolve plans, refine elevations, and shape the details that almost no one will notice and that everyone will feel.

Design Phase
iii.

Build & Create

Construction is led by a single project manager who answers to you and to Graham directly. The trades are people we have worked with for years.

Build Phase
iv.

Beyond Move-in

We are still your builders ten years from now. When a hinge needs adjusting, the same number reaches the same family.

In Perpetuity
A Word From Graham Ritter

We're proud to stand behind every project we complete — not just because it's built with the finest materials and highest standards, but because it represents something more: a lasting relationship that goes beyond the build.

Begin

When you are ready, we will listen first.

Custom residences typically begin a conversation eighteen to twenty-four months before ground is broken. There is no harm in starting early.
